WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone with a passion for tech to work closely with our team to ensure smooth operation for our clients' sales and delivery channels. The ideal candidate loves solving problems, geeks out over tech & automations, and isn’t afraid to “play” with Ontraport, ActiveCampaign, FG Funnels/ Go High Level, WordPress, and ClickUp. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

• Funnels
  • Help create and update online order forms 
  • Setup Automations/ Workflows
  • Test delivery/fulfillment before funnels or order forms go live
  • Adjust product pricing during sales
• Automations
  • Set-up Promotion and Sales email sequences
  • Create delivery/ fulfillment sequences
  • Build out the system to deliver a great customer experience. (If/ Then logic is your friend.)
• Integrations
  • Integrate products and funnels in software with using Zapier
• Follow, create and update tech SOPs
• Help manage the technical aspect of affiliate launches, including necessary redirects and integrations

 

REQUIREMENTS (experience, hard & soft skills)

• Knowledge about email marketing automation is a MUST 
• Experience with online launches preferred
• Comfortable with technology and willing to put in the work to make it “work”
• Creative problem solver willing to tackle any technical challenge 
• Confident Zapier user
• Strong attention to detail
• Immense pride in making sure that no one identifies a technical issue before you do
• Collaborative team member willing to give feedback on opportunities to improve the overall tech experience
• Ability to turn around assigned tasks quickly 
• Comfortable with HTML code
• Willing to learn how to use new tech
• Desired, but not required: Experience with Ontraport and/or FG Funnels/ Go High Level
• Magical Bonus if you have: basic Google Analytics experience and know CSS and PNP coding
